Future Exhibitions

Opus 30 presents an exhibition of carpets designed by Alexandra Copeland.
Resulting from her decades of interaction with Afghanistan and its people, Alexandra has designed these beautiful pure wool carpets to be made by women in Afghanistan using traditional methods on wooden looms. The making of these carpets provides an income as well as social contact to women in a society that has become closed to them.
